I was wondering if anyone knew of some DIY recipes for a yoga mat cleaner, my mat is starting to get scary!
I have seen some sprays at the stores but it seems like they are mainly water and essential oils, I was hoping someone might have some suggestions for a solution I could whip up at home....

I throw mine in the washer after every practice.

a diluted solution of white vinegar and water works well in between, but I agree with Jon, I just throw mine in the washer with a load of towels once in a while and then line dry over the shower curtain. No fabric softener, it ruins the rubber/latex.

    good luck

All of the studios use either OdoBan or a solution of water, vinegar, and essential oils. The essential oils are natural (and potent!) antimicrobials.
