David Regelin Open Class

This is a mixed level, vinyasa style yoga classes taught by NY Yoga Instructor David Regelin.  

David's classes are a skillful blend of yoga methods set to music. Innovative and purposeful posture sequencing, intentional movements, inversion techniques, inspiration, respiration, and perspiration.
