Jump Start Your Sunstone 2 ½
 You wanted more and we listened. Four times a year Sunstone Yoga is offering five days of a healthier lifestyle immersed in yoga.
Jump Start will help motivate and prepare you for a life-long practice by giving you the proper information, tools and experience you need to keep on track. The intense nature of the program helps you leave the outside world behind so you can focus on building strength and flexibility, learning how to naturally manage your weight, improve your cardio performance, and bring emotional well-being into your everyday life.
Learn side-by-side with other dedicated students and future teachers at our 8000 sq-ft facility in Addison, Texas.
Weekend Workshops Open to All Students
 The same Continuing Education that our teachers take every year is open to Sunstone Yoga students!
Attend weekend workshops to deepen your practice and understanding of each of the series taught at Sunstone Yoga. Workshops are a great opportunity to learn side-by-side with your Sunstone Yoga teachers. They are open to all students and are held throughout the year at our Addison training facility.
Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am - 5:30pm
