Is there a way we can have more morning classes at Sunstone location in Frisco please? As of now, we only have the 6 am classes and the next ones are at 9.45 and 11.30. Maybe one between these like a 7 am, 730 am or 8 am will immensely help people who are not "early morning" risers but still want to do yoga in the morning before they get to work

I think other locations have 730 or 8. Therefore, a request to please consider these timings here as well!

Thank you for your post. We would love to schedule more morning classes around the times you suggested. We just expanded our new schedule at the beginning of the year and hope to add more classes at next expansion. I will be sure to submit your suggestions and keep your thoughts in mind as we grow.

I know 6:00 am is early for a lot of folks, but if there is enough people I would love a slightly earlier morning class 5:30 or 5:45 at the Frisco location. It would give time for parents like me to put in some exercise before helping out kids to go to school.
