I have never done a cleanse before, but I have always been curious. Would it be a good idea to try some kind of "less intense" cleanse before the Master Cleanse?
Also, I am new to yoga and in my first class I got nauseas and had to lay down a few times but I definetly want to get in there and do it again especially after I woke up this morning and realized my back didnt hurt...LOVE IT

Anyways, any tips for beginners and "new Cleansers" would be great!
