I so enjoy the variety of yoga classes we have at Sunstone.  Fire when I want to focus on breathing and stamina, Earth and Metal when I want to work on my strength, Wood when I need to focus on core strength and especially rehabilitation after injury.  We are truly fortunate to have such a broad range of choices at Sunstone and such a flexible class schedule.

I would like to explore the possibility of additional options for classes at Sunstone.  I would love to attend the 84 Asanas class but find it very difficult to work it into my schedule.  If that class could be offered on the weekend or at a 4:30 time slot you could count me in as a regular attendee.

I also miss the Yin component that some of the Earth and Metal instructors appended to those classes in the pre-Wood era.  I have heard from instructors and other students that I am not alone in this sentiment.  I wonder if there is some way to offer a periodic Yin style class if the interest is high enough?

In any case, if not one change is made in the Sunstone offerings I still believe it is the most wide-ranging set of yoga classes one can find in a single package - thanks for that!

with Metta,

Ben
