I'm searching the site for some descriptions of what to expect as you get a LITTLE bit more limber or flexible after doing yoga progrssively.
such as .. do most people feel the spine and joints making more cracks or slips after time ? This seems normal but I'm looking for some description of what to expect. Is there anywhere on this site discussing development of flexibity?
thank you.
