    Are you talking about when you send or receive a friend request, the link isn't working to accept as a friend? If so what worked for me was I sent a friend request, then that person sent me a friend request and they were automatically added.

    I have three friend requests right now! Everytime I try to accept them I end up on a dead web page.

    I have received 2 friend request and unable to reply/confirm. I have sent a service request and gotten a 'case' number, but no follow-up.
