Does anyone know where I can buy one a Neti Pot for fairly inexpensive. Since I've started the intensive teacher training I have had horrible sinus congestion. Any reasons why this may be happening? |

Hello, I believe Whole Foods has neti pots. It's only a guess, but perhaps the intensity of your training has compromised your immune system and as such, left you more prone to colds, sinus infections, etc. Zinc, electrolytes may help. Good luck. |

Yes!! You can buy a neti pot very a very reasonable price at the training center, they are located in the store to your right if you are facing the clothing. I have a ceramic one I purchessed for my Finace some years ago to treat his alergies and it really helped him, then I started using it for the first time in my life for the intensive training, and it's great!! Some benifits you will notice are, more open nasal passages, fresher breath, and in general a cleaner face (on the inside) I also use a tongue scraper, and have been for many years, that really helps to get the muck out. I hope this helps. |
