Our yoga rooms have been specially designed to provide the ultimate environment for practicing yoga:

• We operate a custom automated heating and humidifying system in both yoga rooms - temperature and humidity are precisely controlled to our exact specification. 
• Indirect metal halide lighting - The lights in the yoga room are specially designed to reflect off of the ceiling instead of directly lighting the room. This allows you to look upward without looking into a blinding or uncomfortable light. The metal halide bulbs provide a natural white light which you will find pleasant and less stressful than the common fluorescent bulbs. 
• The ceilings in the yoga rooms are 16 ft high. The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. Each yoga room has plenty of space with over 1800 sq. ft. in that large room and nearly 1000 sq. ft. in the small room. 
• The front and side walls of the yoga rooms have 10ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice. 
• Mat service - Yoga mats are available and always free!

Our facilities don't stop in the yoga rooms. You will also find:

• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available. 
• Filtered water - The sink beside the water fountains is filtered to provide clean, fresh water for your water bottle. 
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh. 
• Retail - we carry water and other beverages, supplements, and a selection of yoga clothing and accessories for your convenience.

We are located on the NW Corner of Hardin & Eldorado behind the McDonald’s, 7-Eleven convenience store, and the Eldorado Animal Hospital. 

From US 75:
Exit Eldorado Pkwy – Exit 39. Drive under bridge and follow sign to Eldorado Pkwy – WEST. Continue west on Eldorado ~ 1.5 miles to Hardin St.

From Hwy 121:
Exit Hardin Blvd head north. Proceed ~ 1.5 miles north on Hardin to Eldorado.

From US 380:
Exit Lake Forest Dr. head south. Proceed ~ 2.5 miles south to Eldorado. Turn left (east) and proceed ~ 1.5 miles to Hardin.
