• We operate a custom automated heating and humidifying system in both yoga rooms - temperature and humidity are precisely controlled to our exact specification.
• Indirect metal halide lighting - The lights in the yoga room are specially designed to reflect off of the ceiling instead of directly lighting the room. This allows you to look upward without looking into a blinding or uncomfortable light. The metal halide bulbs provide a natural white light which you will find pleasant and less stressful than the common fluorescent bulbs.
• The ceilings in the yoga rooms are 20 ft high. The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. Each yoga room has plenty of space with over 1400 sq. ft. in that main room and nearly 850 sq. ft. in the second room.
• The front and side walls of the yoga rooms have 10ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice.
• Mat service - Yoga mats are available and always free!

Our facilities don't stop in the yoga rooms. You will also find:

• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available.
• Filtered water - The water fountain is filtered to provide clean, fresh water for your water bottle.
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh.
• Retail - we carry water and other beverages, supplements, and a selection of yoga clothing and accessories for your convenience.

 

We are located at the Northwest corner of Preston Road and Gaylord Parkway adjacent to the Irish Rover.
 
From the Tollway:
Take the Gaylord Pkwy exit. Turn onto Gaylord Pkwy going east. Go through the Parkwood Blvd light and take your first left into the shopping center. Sunstone Yoga will be on your right adjacent to the Irish Rover.
 
From Preston Road:
Turn onto Gaylord Pkwy going west on the north side of Stonebriar mall.  Go through the first light for Stonebriar Center and take your first right into the shopping center. Turn left heading toward the Irish Rover on the corner. Sunstone Yoga is around the corner adjacent to the Irish Rover.
