Our yoga room has been specially designed to provide the ultimate environment for practicing yoga:

• A custom heating system utilizing radiant heating and on demand fresh air.
• Humidifier - The humidity of the room is maintained at a level around 60%. By keeping the room at a higher humidity the heat in the room is more effective at penetrating deep into the body without the actual temperature of the room reaching extremes.
• Indirect metal halide lighting - The lights in the yoga room are specially designed to reflect off of the ceiling instead of directly lighting the room. This allows you to look upward without looking into a blinding or uncomfortable light. The metal halide bulbs provide a natural white light which you will find pleasant and less stressful than the common fluorescent bulbs.
• The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. The main yoga room has plenty of space for larger group practice, and our small studio accomodates smaller groups and private practice.
• The front and side walls of the studio have 10ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice.

Our facilities don't stop in the yoga room. You will also find:

• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available with shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower stall.
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh.

 

 

From 114 or 635:
Go northbound on 121 and take 2499 toward Flower Mound. Turn right on Gerault Rd. One block before Flower Mound Rd turn left into The Pines of Flower Mound.

From Denton or Lewisville:
Take 35E south to 121 southbound. Turn right on W Round Gove Rd which becomes Flower Mound Rd. Turn left onto Gerault Rd and right into The Pines of Flower Mound.

We are located near Le Peep and Prince Bistro, to the left of Kroger.
