• A custom heating system utilizing radiant heating and on demand fresh air.
• Humidifier - The humidity of the room is maintained at a level around 60%. By keeping the room at a higher humidity the heat in the room is more effective at penetrating deep into the body without the actual temperature of the room reaching extremes.  
• The ceilings in the yoga room are 10 ft high. The high ceilings give an open and relaxed environment for your practice. The yoga room has plenty of space with over 1600 sq. ft. to practice.
• The front and side walls of the studio have 8ft high mirrors giving the room a more open feeling and giving you plenty of reflective surface to see your practice.

Our facilities don't stop in the yoga room. You will also find:

• Men's and women's showers - Efficient showers and change room areas are available.
• Towel service - We have plenty of towels and our laundry room keeps them clean and fresh.

We are located at the Southeast corner of Preston and Beltline to the right of Bally's health club.
From the Tollway:
Go East on Beltline Road. Then South on Preston Road for 1 block. You will see Sunstone Yoga on the left to the right of Bally's.

From North Central Expressway US-75:
Take Belt Line Road West. Then South on Preston Road for 1 block. You will see Sunstone Yoga on the left to the right of Bally's.
