Sunstone Yoga is now the fastest growing yoga company in the world.
We're proud to announce that this Summer and Fall, Sunstone Yoga studios will be available to even more people in Texas, with multiple locations all getting ready to open.
Your friends and family in the southern cities will soon have 1 new studio in Houston and 2 in Austin. Locally, our Southlake, Frisco, Las Colinas and Flower Mound studios are all going into construction, and we'll be announcing even more new locations very soon.

As we grow, new teachers will continue to appear in your classes to begin the challenging work of teaching a dynamic, safe, and effective class. Our trainees teach more than 30 classes before completing their training, and this part of the learning process is essential to mastering the skills they need to meet the standards our customers deserve.
We appreciate all our students for understanding that even the best trained teachers have a learning curve once they get into the classroom, and we appreciate the positive energy and feedback you give our new teachers while they are mastering their craft.

The 2 30-minute WOOD classes at our North Dallas location every Saturday at 10:00 - AM have been changed to EARTH series. Please enjoy the change, and please check out the schedules for weekend WOOD classes at our Preston Forest and Uptown locations.

| Free Assessments at Plano this Sunday |

A personal assessment and strength and balance test can really help you define areas in your body that need to be strengthened. Your overall strength, balance, stability, and flexibility will improve with regular Wood classes and postures specific to your needs that you can practice at home.
This Sunday, May 20, from 12:00 - 4:00 PM at Plano, our teacher trainees will be testing their new skills on you - our students. We have 80 spots available, and you must register in advance using the sign up sheets at the front desk of the Plano studio. Please indicate which 30 minute time period you will attend, and sign the corresponding sign up sheet.

Yoga Community
As our community grows, we all want to do our share to support the positive, rejuvenating space we've created in each of our studios. We all appreciate your efforts to be silent in the yoga room, and to respect the practice of everyone around you. Things you may not think about, like strong perfume, can have a big impact on the person one mat over, who may have allergies. Hygenic issues are more noticeable in the heat of the yoga room. Keeping to the sequence with the rest of the room builds enormous energy that keeps you and everyone else strong and focused through the series, while doing your own thing can throw off the balance of everyone around you.
Thank you for everything you do to help all of us have a positive experience every time we practice together.
