This is the time for the 60 Day Yoga Challenge! Gear up for Spring by challenging yourself to change your body and your practice in just 60 days. 5 days of yoga for 9 weeks and that goal you set on New Year's Day for... better breathing? less stress? strong Standing Bow? 5 less pounds? Share a stretch with someone this Valentine's Day.
Nicole will be teaching a unqiue couple's class in the small room of our Plano studio on Feb. 14. Six couples will practice the Fire Class for 2 from 8:00 - 9:30 PM next Wednesday evening. The cost is $80 per couple.

日本語を話せる生徒・通訳者募集
サンストーンヨガは今年、日本からティーチャートレーニ ングを受講する生徒を迎えることになりました。 それに伴い、トレーニングを受講する生徒が日本語で指導 するFireクラスに参加してくれる方を募集しています。 また、英語を話すインストラクターの通訳をしてくださる 方も募集しています。 トレーニングは2007年の３月２４日から４月２１日の期間 です。 パートタイム・フルタイム両方の通訳者を必要としています。

It says Wanted: Japanese translators and students for our upcoming teacher training intensive in Japanese. We'll be training 2 small groups of Japanese teachers this year, starting March 24, and we need the help of our Japanese speaking students for teaching practice, as well as translating discussions and labs. There are a number of new teachers in the studios these days, as our training program grows and more well trained instructors graduate and start teaching your classes. We are always appreciative of our many students who drive in from all over the Metroplex to take classes at Sunstone Yoga, and we just want to say to them - yes, we are coming soon to your neck of the woods!
