I just got my 10 class bracelet and have been only to fire and wood classes.  I have been challenged and inspiried by them and look forward to trying every class Sunstone has to offer.  Intially this post was going to ask for feedback about the Water class, which is where I plan to go next.  I love hearing other people's opinions and value whatever they have to say.  What is it like?  What about Metal?  Earth? Other people's experience and advice gives me more perspective and is greatly appreciated.

Namaste

Water classes are great!  It's the Fire class routine, set to music and performed at a lower temperature / humidity, so it's very relaxing.  Since the routine is set to music, the poses are always exactly the same (right) length (no getting stuck in Triangle for 90 seconds  ) and the music fits the flow of the poses well.

In short, Water classes are my favorite.

Thank you for writing back John.  It sounds wonderful.  One of the instructors at class yesterday told me they also light candles.  Say no more! I'm there!  I'm going to try it out today.

For anyone who is curious, I found the water class to be a beautiful way to deepen my practice.  The lights are dimmed low which turned my focus inward, and challenged my balance a lot.  The teacher adds his/her energy to the class by participating with us and we all flow to music and a prerecorded voice giving the most minimal of instruction.  I woudn't attend this class until you feel a little comfortable with the fire series.  I'm definetly going to attend more Water classes!

Thank you, I had also been wondering about the water classes.  Sounds lovely!
