What class would you recommend for a total newbie?  Not certain if the Water, Earth, Fire, etc would be best.

Thanks.

Welcome! The First class to start with is Fire. It is beginner friendly, all of the Sunstone Yoga teachers have have been trained at the highest yoga training level 500hrs, they have an extensive knowledge of the postures and know how to guide a beginner into the pose.

If you have never done yoga before the Fire is the best choice. Be prepared to sweat we heat the room to 98.6 degrees with 60% humidity. Drink water prior to starting your class. Prepare at least a day in advance hydrating your body with filtered water. This way you will be sweating out fluid you have recently put into your system. Wear loose comfortable clothing something you would normally wear to the gym. Tank top and shorts are perfect. Keep open to the fact that it is your first class, try to start slow, pace yourself, 50% effort to begin with until you acclimate to the heat.

We look forward to seeing you in the room, be sure to let us know how the first class goes.

Peace

Nicole
