Last night was my first class in quite a few months. And, my oh my, I really don't know how I have been surviving without you guys!  I took a break to train for my first marathon and the closest studio to me (Park Blvd) is about 35 minutes away (if I obey the speed limit!) so it's a major time commitment. However, I shall never stray away again!  I felt so great last night and wonderful today, you guys will be seeing more and more of me again.  Maybe I will just have to look into opening up a Sunstone closer to my neck of the woods (Murphy)!
