I took class at the North Dallas studio for the first time on Monday morning (6am). It was great to be there with Elizabeth teaching the Fire class! The heat is a little different. We are waiting for the humidifier to arrive and it should be up and running in September. The room has a great ambiance; it is very quiet, so quiet you can hear your heart beat and the sweat hitting the mat!! The shower room is very comfortable; there are little cubby holes to place your personal items, towels for showering and all organic shower gel and body creams to cover yourself in.
I drove out on the toll way from Uptown to Preston and Beltline and was there in less than 20 minutes. I look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces there sharing your energy with all the new students.
