I've recently been experiencing pain in my knees during Floor Bow and other poses similar to it where one or both legs are pushed backwards with the knees bent. Additionally, my knees have become a little sore in general, which is unusual for me as I haven't had knee trouble in the past.

Am I doing these poses incorrectly? I want to be sure that I don't end up injuring my knees.

Oops! Just realized that the exact same question was answered here: http://www.sunstoneyoga.com/Community/Forums/tabid/153/aff/25/aft/644/afv/topic/Default.aspx.

I'll go ahead and try that and see if it helps.

Thanks,
Dimitri
