Our first franchise location in North Dallas has been going through a lot of changes since August, and we're ready to celebrate with our official Grand Opening Weekend. We'd like to welcome Elizabeth and all our new students into the Sunstone Yoga family, and welcome the entire community to join the party this weekend.

Plan to take a class here on Saturday or Sunday and get to know the newest studio: we've recently installed a new humidifer and mat racks, and you'll take classes from the same great instructors you know from the other studios, so your Sunstone Yoga experience will now be consistent at each of our 4 Dallas locations. Have you tried the 60 minute Wood class yet?

In August we introduced 3 new Wood Classes and our Pain Free Yoga™ techniques and programs. Perhaps you've heard about it in some of your Fire classes, or you've experienced the Restorative Wood in the last half hour of Earth or Metal class or the more powerful 30 and 60 minute versions.

Using isometric and active stretching techniques, the new Wood classes will add stability and balance to your body, bring more power to your practice in our other classes, and help you increase flexibility in a safer, stronger way.

Many students start to notice a difference in their performance after just a few Wood classes, so join us on Saturday at 11:00, or Sunday @ 8:00 AM.
