Hollywood is callin' all Sunstone Yoga yogis, or is it yogins, or is it yogurts? Anyway, it's not American Idol, but you could be on TV. "Eye on America", hosted by Greg Gumbel, is producing a series on "Best Franchises of the 21st Century" and has identified Sunstone Yoga as one of the hottest franchising opportunities in the country. They'll produce a feature segment on Sunstone Yoga and will film a special Fire Class at Centre at Preston Ridge.

Our teachers enjoy teaching when there is only one student in the class or if students are bumping elbows. There's a great energy created when a large group practices together and everyone benefits from the discipline and joy yoga brings to each of us.
We are all in the room to create a better version of ourselves so if you are in the front two rows of a well attended class, please check to make sure you are allowing students behind you a space to see their practice in the front mirrors.
We are all in this together, every breath we take we are sharing it with every individual in the room, every thought we have we are sharing it with the person beside us, let's keep happy positive thoughts not just for yourself but the person beside you.

| Brandon Hartsell on Our Front Row Policy |

Sunstone Yoga doesn't have a front row policy. It can be very beneficial to practice all over the room; even the places you are uncomfortable. In time you will be comfortable practicing anywhere in the room. This may have the added benefit of relating to overcoming discomforts outside the yoga room.
If being on the front row becomes an attachment for a student then their practice is pretty fragile. All it would take is a day when they were not on the front row (for whatever reason) to throw them off. A strong student is not just a student who can hold all the postures the full time on the front row. A strong student is a student who can maintain their composure regardless of the circumstances. This takes physical, mental and emotional strength.
