We want to thank you for being a part of our community here at Sunstone Yoga. We love to see you in our classes; your dedication to your practice is what gets us up in the morning.
So it is a privilege to be able to announce our growth into 7 more markets, including McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Carrollton, Prosper and Rockwall here in the DFW area, and our first out of state franchise in Orlando, Florida, bringing our total studios right now to 19.
We are proud to welcome and thank all our franchise partners and friends; these dedicated owners are all working hard to prepare for their grand openings in the coming months.

The DFW Metroplex will soon have 15 Sunstone Yoga locations to make your yoga practice even more convenient. Only 3 locations remain! While we don't have official Grand Opening dates for any of the new studios yet, all the locations are working toward opening soon.

| Schedule Changes are Coming! |

Beginning September 24, we are making big changes to the schedules at all Sunstone Yoga studios, including the launch of the much anticipated 60 minute FIRE class.
Student demand for a 60 minute FIRE class that still provides a great workout has never been higher, so you'll find this new class in multiple time slots at all our studio locations.
Our Wood series will also be changing on September 24, when all our 2 x Wood 30 time slots will change to the 60 minute Wood series, with 30 minute optional posture lab to follow.
The new schedules will be posted on the website and in the studios within the next few weeks.
And in case you haven't heard: Uptown Studio is now offering a Water class at 6:00 PM on Saturday evenings.

Join Sunstone Yoga instructor and Austin Franchise Partner Annie Mack for an outdoor class on Monday, September 3, 2007 at the Arboretum in Austin, Texas. Annie will teach outside 11:30 -12:30 @ 10000 Research Blvd. Please bring your own mat and towel and a bottle of water!

This September, Sunstone Yoga is a major sponsor of the 12th Annual Colorado Yoga Conference in Estes Park, Colorado. The conference takes place from September 23 - 30, 2007 at the YMCA in Estes Park, and we'll be teaching Wood classes and Pain Free Yoga technique to several thousand yoga enthusiasts who will travel to Colorado that week.

On Monday, September 3, 2007, all Sunstone Yoga studios will offer all our yoga classes for free in support of the first annual Dallas' Free Day of Yoga.
Our class times on Monday, September 3, at all 4 studios will be:
