Hello my name is Helen Morrison.  I am a registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level.  I am an elementary special education teacher by day and a yoga instructor by night.  I have been teaching yoga with Sunstone since the summer of 2008.  I am passionate about life, love, health, and people.  I love helping people reach their physical/spiritual/emotional goals through there yoga practice. I currently teach the Fire, Metal, Earth, wood, and Water sequence. I look forward to seeing you in class.
