Biography

    I found Yoga and Sunstone when the McKinney location was opened in March 2008. I fell in love with yoga early in my practice and soon joined the Teacher Training intensive program. I completed my initial training November 2008.  I love teaching yoga just as much as I love to practice! I have continued my training with Sunstone's weekend workshops that are offered throughout the year.
    In addition to teaching I also manage the McKinney location (EC)
