I have been with Sunstone Yoga since 2003. When I started it I was a running marathons and had taken Iyengar Yoga classes in college. When i started Sunstone Yoga I soon realized that not only could I eliminate all impact driven training, I could get better results doing it.
Yoga has helped me with shin splints, a back injury, weight management and learning how to be more in control of my body overall. I have found the best things in my life through being a part of Sunstone Yoga.
I enjoy meditation, reading, learning, movies, hiking, skiing, and yoga. I love teaching yoga and am proud to have so many great students at our studio in Houston.
Throughout my practice I have been through some of the hardest times I've ever endured physically, and through it all yoga has always helped me find control and peace of mind. And at the same time it keeps me young, active and surrounded by awesome people. Teaching has opened my eyes to really being able to help people find something that helps them and me so much.
