I was born in Merida Yucatan Mexico, came to Dallas (newly wed) 36 years ago with the love of my life (Alfonso) not knowing anybody or the language, we had 3 beatifull daughters and everything was great, then he passed away in 2001 leaving me feeling sorry for myself, after some time my oldest daughter took me to a yoga class on a mother’s day as part of my present and I loved it so much, that here I am, Came to Sunstone to get my certification as a Yoga instructor, not knowing that it was going to chane my life in a positive way, now I'm happy, I can talk about him without crying and I smile when I think of him. I’m by-lingual, my original language is Spanish, I love Yoga, love taking and teaching the classes, my goal on each class is to work your body, calm your mind and lift your spirit. My final goal is to move back home to be close to my dad (95 Years old now) and to open a studio and continue my new passion.
