Welcome! 

Three years ago I took my first yoga class with Sunstone.  A friend brought me along and during my 10 for 10 I took 6 classes -- I loved it that much!  After building my practice I was more than ready to enter teacher training and Sunstone had the best program to offer.  Teaching is a wonderful experience, has enhanced my practice, and I enjoy sharing my passion with others.
