I began practicing yoga in January 2006 at the Sunstone Plano location.  I was immediately drawn to the quality instruction, the warm people, and the very professional organization of Sunstone.

After several months I decided to enter the weekend Teacher Training program - and ultimately became a Franchise Partner with Sunstone at the EC, PTC, and PFV studios.

Yoga has become my principal mode of fitness - both physically and mentally.  And becoming a Franchise Partner has allowed me to make Yoga the core of my professional life as well.  Sunstone Yoga has given me the opportunity to share the life changing power of Yoga with others - a true blessing.
