Hi, I am Kasey

I discovered Yoga during a very challenging time in my life. I had just received a gastrointestinal surgery and was getting a second chance at my life. I had always been an active runner but because of my health I had not been able to run in over 3 years. I desperately needed to get active but had limitations. Only 3 weeks after a major surgery I walked into Susntone Yoga in Rockwall and 3 months later I signed up for Teacher Training

The Sunstone teachers were not only able to provide me with the care and compassion I needed they were so knowledgeable and made me feel at home! I am now in the BEST shape of my life and living it to the fullest for the first time in years! I believe whole heartily is in part to SUNSTONE!

As a teacher I enjoy helping my students find some relief from their busy lives while also challenging them to be there BEST!
