I took a yoga class for the first time ever at Sunstone Yoga in October 2008 - I fell in love with it, and I've been practicing here ever since.   After two years and 250 classes, I decided to become a teacher and signed up for the Intensive teacher training at Sunstone Yoga Academy in the fall 2010.  Intensive training was a truly one-of-a-kind experience - probably the best thing that I have ever done for myself!  I graduated in November 2010 and never looked back!  I'm currently certified to teach Fire, Water, Intro, and Wood, and I'm looking forward to certifying in Earth and Metal later this year.  You can find me teaching classes at our Preston Forest location, and I also am the Manager and a member of the Faculty at our teacher training facility, Sunstone Yoga Academy in Addison.  Every day I am grateful for what yoga has brought to my life - health and happiness, a great job, wonderful people to work with, and the fantastic student body at Sunstone Yoga!  I look forward to continuing this yoga journey for a lifetime!
