I started Yoga aprox. 3 months ago after spending a week in the hospital for an unusual injury I had in the gym. I've always believed that Yoga was a good form of exercise but never fully understood to what degree it's benefits extended. I have been working out and running for a number of years in an effort to stay healthy, but when the doctors told me to take it easy I felt I needed a new type of exercise, so I stepped into Sunstone. After speaking with the instructors and hearing their experiences I committed to the 10 for 10 program, and it has really changed my understanding of this great art, now all I need is Yoga to stay fit, I see muscles in my body that I had no idea where there, and my injury is completely healed. The people at sunstone are some of the kindest and gentlest people I've ever met, and spirit within the studio is one of helpfulness and good cheer. I plan to be a part of this for many years to come.
