I discovered Sunstone Yoga in June of 2008 when I was looking for a way to rehab an ACL injury. I found so much more! The benefits from yoga go way beyond just the physical. The discipline and focus yoga demands have made me stronger mentally as well. I began teacher training not too long after I started practicing. I love sharing my passion for yoga with Sunstone students. Watching students progress through their yoga journey inspires me in my own practice.
