Sunstone Yoga has changed my life in the most amazing ways!  I began as a student to better my physical and mental well being.  I was amazed with how much more I gained!  I never imagined I would go through Teacher Training and eventually open 2 franchises.  I feel truly blessed to have the honor of guiding and encouraging others through their yoga journey.  And I think most students would be surprised to know that they guide and nourish my soul through the process.  I hope to practice with anyone reading this soon!
